Terms of Service

1. Using Job The Interview

By creating an account or using Job The Interview, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans and payments

• The Free plan includes limited monthly usage. Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time by contacting jobtheinterview.support@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Unless required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Usage limits reset monthly. Unused usage does not carry over.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter, including your CV, profile, job postings and interview answers. You give us permission to store and process this content only to provide the service to you.

Only upload content you have the right to use.

5. AI-generated feedback

Scores, analyses, job matches, interview questions and feedback are generated by AI. They are guidance only and may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer or employment.

Job suggestions and links may point to third-party websites that we do not control. Always check a posting on the employer's own site before applying.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or to upload harmful content.
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
• Automate, scrape, resell or bypass the usage limits of the service.
• Use the service to create deceptive applications or impersonate others.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
